I know AG is going to revamp the Chocolate Set but I have a feeling I won't like it.

I got that information at AGPC last month. They let club members preview all the new stuff. The PS told me that the old chocolate set was going to be retired and they only had 3 left, but I didn't buy it because it's way too expensive for my pocket. I was not too impressed with the new one. It is yellow if I remember correctly.
so is lissy's tea lesson going to be retired too?
Here's my problem.
I ordered the chocolate set on Aug.1st and the pot was scratched all over by the lid that came loose during shipment. They sent out another one and it is the same way though less noticable. I just got off the phone with customer service which took roughly 30 min. until she discovered they have no more nor are they able to order any more. Just as others have said it is being replaced with the new one.
She offered the new one to me as a replacement and I refused. So she is writing up my request and sending it to higher up and they will contact me. So as of now I have two chocolate sets both with scratched pots. Who knows what will happen. I'll keep you all informed.

I'm relieved that it is coming back. Today at AGPC they just said that the chocolate set, tea lesson and party treats are all being retired. No mention of it coming back restyled.
Felicity is the main doll, Elizabeth is the accessory!
I don't see why the would retire the Tea Lesson, it's a crucial part to Felicity's School Story.
I received my Chocolate Set a day early and must say it is gorgeous. I'm sooooo glad I got it on impulse when I did. I've never done that before so it is odd that I all of a sudden ordered it like that. The pot is heavy, beautiful and perfect and there is a sticker on the bottom that says Made in India! The plates have stickers that say Pleasant Company. I'll probably still get the new set too.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Yes, but the Tea lesson can be replaced by the Tea Set without breaking the story at all. The Tea set has all the same parts, except for the treats which are their own set now. It's the Chocolate Set's apparent retirement that had me concerned (Restyled to match the movie is fine with me.)Originally posted by AGfanatic:

I'm no fan of Pink, but I'd rather have a complete tea set than two tea cups & saucers and no tea pot.
